I could tell you that my date of birth, November 11th, 1986, is special because it's veteran's day, born in Walter Reid veteran's hospital & my father himself, being a veteran. I could even tell you that 24 years later I myself would also become a veteran.

I probably could even throw in there that I moved to Florence, South Carolina after bouncing around for awhile, eventually landing in Raleigh, North Carolina as my current place of residents.

I would mention that I went to Shaw University, majoring in Mass Communication, for the earlier parts of my higher education, I'm currently going to school to obtain a degree in Information Technology, with an emphasis in Network Administration.

Nah I know you don't want to hear all of that nonsense.

I'm a devoted boyfriend, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, mentor, and most importantly learning how to be a man of God.

I'm not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, that's why I'm perfect for this here blogging journey that I've been on since 2005. If you're interested in hearing stories for a young African-American male on various topics ranging from love, entertainment, education, society, history, or even some  just good old fashion fun, then this blog is for you.

I encourage everyone who comes through my site to start a blog or at least take the time to sit down and write out your thoughts in a journal. That's my challenge to you, take time to write your story out as I did I. You'll be better for it in the end.
