Mad Max: Fury Road Movie Review

*Grabs Microphone*

Attention everyone, THIS IS THE MOVIE OF THE YEAR!

Bar none this movie will not be topped and should have been a bigger hit box office wise. This movie was literally action packed and fast paced from the moment it started, and the plot did not suffer one bit from it. You got a glimpse into Max's life and nothing more, which was a good thing for setting up later films. Initially when I saw that the movie was shifting away from the story of Max in favor of Furiosa's arc, I was a bit hesitant until I realized that it was Charlize Freakin Theron leading the way. She's probably up there in terms of my favorite actresses right now, and she absolutely kills anything she touches right now. And she definitely lead the way every single second of this movie. Tom Hardy, who is also one of my favorite actors currently, wasn't the focus of the movie, rather an ally, which is dope.

I really can't describe this movie to you because of how awesome it is. Like the cast, the visuals, the plot, the pace, everything was so well placed that it was a perfect storm of movie making. I even had one of my homeboys sit down and watch the movie, and he doesn't even like the whole futuristic, sci-fi kind of movie, and he loved every second of it. He said that the action and the constant just up and go while the story made sense just pointed out how the character progression was right on par with the story telling in this movie. Seriously, when you make a movie, this is what it should look like when you put your foot in it. And I'm glad they didn't do the whole nostalgia feel to it, rather than make it something new, but with the same continuity with it.

I HIGHLY recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a great action film. If you are looking for that one movie that will just get your blood pumping and going and on the edge of your seat, this is it. The special effects in this movie is so awesome man, I'm seriously geeking out for this movie right now and I've only seen it once! If I were you, I'd catch this movie in the theaters before it's gone because watching it on the big screen is the only way to do it.

If you were one of the fortunate ones to see this movie, then tell me how you feel about it, because all I've ever heard was that it was awesome. But leave your thoughts in the comment section below!

Until next time guys.
