Across The Pond

I love me some Lauren.

I've been waiting a long time to post this particular blog about one of my favorite people in the whole entire world. You guys already know her from her posts 20's and Changes, she's one of my favorite contributors here on the site. But our friendship actually extends all the way back to 2011 when we started following each other on instagram, which was completely random seeing as how she's all he way in London, but we made the friendship work and I'm thankful for it.

I've spoken highly of her before in her bio for the site, which you can check it out here, so I won't bore you with the same old rehashed content. What I would say is that I adore her accent and her cheerful personality, combined with her witty and sarcastic remarks, I can't do without this young lady. One day we will meet face to face instead of over Facetime, and that day will probably be one of the funniest days ever for me just because I know she's going to be cutting up at the time. When you hear about those people you need to keep around because they just make you laugh off gate, they were talking about Lauren.

So to keep it short, I just wanted to let you know about a wonderful young lady from all the way across the globe that managed to connect with a little country fella from South Carolina. She answered all of my ignorant and American based questions about the way of life over there in London, and she did it with a smile on her face. She put me on game when it came to edge maintenance and most importantly she always encourages me to be Devon and no one else because that's who she loves interacting with the most.

I just want to put out there that I treat this blog as my brain child, so I'm very maticulous about who I let interact with it, even with the slightest thing like sharing content with certain people. So the fact that when I started doing guest posts on the site, she was one of the very first people that I wanted to share her infinite wisdom with you guys. That says A LOT about who she is as a person if I'm thinking of her off the top of my head to participate with my blog.

So I want you guys to meet my awesome friend and Cold Knowledge contributor Lauren. Check out her awesome smile and social media links below, and check out her stuff as well here on the blog!
